My Writing Space

A couple of years ago we created an office upstairs as I work from home. Although it’s lovely and ideal for my work in the mornings, I felt disconnected when I sat to write.

It’s a bit of an oddity really, as an introvert you would think that I would enjoy the solitude to write. In fact it’s the opposite, I hated being upstairs away from my husband, so I stopped writing. I love to be near him so that I can bounce ideas off him. I missed his input.

The past couple of weeks we’ve moved things around so that I could have a desk downstairs to sit and write at. I love the new space and I find I am at the computer much more, hence the update to the website and new features on it!

I think that the right environment encourages creativity, and the picture is my new space which I love 🥰

Now to get back to writing! I’d better read what I’ve done already before I start!
